Rodney Bair started BC Stone in 1993 with Travis Collins. Rodney lives in Everett with his wife Penny and have been married for 24 years. They have 3 kids together Keira, Mack, and Garrison. Rodney enjoys many hobbies including hunting, playing golf, traveling with his wife and spending time with his family. Had been an Everett Football coach for 15 years before retiring from coaching after the 2016 season. Also, has been past board member of Habitat for Humanity and Bedford County Chamber of Commerce. Past member of Everett lions club as well.
Travis’ background is in Auto Mechanics. He began fabricating for a fledgling stone company in Washington DC in the late 1980’s and worked up through the ranks. In 1993, he started BC Stone with Rodney Bair. Over the past 25 years the two also purchased, restored, and opened a fitness center named Rock Body Gym, a hotel and restaurant called The Union Hotel, and several rental properties. Travis is a past board Chair of The Bedford County Development Association, and has served on numerous other local boards such as Unified Family Services, The Lincoln Highway Heritage Board, Junior Achievement, Bedford County Vo-Tech Advisory Board, and The Raystown Canoe Club. To escape the stresses of the business world, he loves to travel with his wife Kimberly in their motorhome. Travis and Kimberly have been married for 31 years. The couple have 2 children, Richard 30 and Rebecca 21.
Lorie has been with BC Stone since March 2009. She and her husband Kevin have two grown children. Lorie enjoys spending time with her grandson, family and friends, listening to music, playing darts, and her dogs.
Aaron has been with B.C. Stone since 2000 and has and continues to fill several positions within the company. With his primary focus on sales, Aaron takes great pride in assisting customers with their countertop selection and making sure they purchase a product that is a good fit for them not only in design buy durability. In his off time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, friends and dogs, and playing golf.
Charlene has been with BC Stone since August 2012. She and her husband reside in Everett and have two grown daughters who have blessed them with two beautiful granddaughters, and finally, a handsome grandson. She enjoys antiquing, flower gardening and spending time with her family.
Jackie has been with B. C. Stone since July 2001. In addition to her position of Office Manager, she also oversees the accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Jackie enjoys yoga, is active in the local book club, and enjoys getting together with friends for dinner & other outings.
Before coming to B C Stone, Mitch was a retired Sergeant with the Maryland State Police. Prior to that he was part owner in the family auto parts and service center business. Mitch has been with B C Stone for 2 and 1/2 years and does the outside marketing for the company. He volunteers with Camp Cadet of Bedford County as a squad leader and board member, is a member of the Everett American Legion/VFW Honor Guard, and was the past secretary of the Saxton Jaycees. A graduate of Everett High School, Mitch has dual degrees in business and criminal justice from Allegany College of Maryland and Catonsville Community College respectively. He has a son Corey and a grandson Keegan.
Shawn joined B.C. stone in 1997. He has held many positions in the company throughout the years until joining the sales team in 2007. He enjoys attending church, spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, boating and flying.
Before joining BC Stone in 2014, Vince spent 33 years in the residential and commercial construction industry. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his family. Vince has been married to his wife Tina, for 20 years and has two children, Laura, and Matthew.
Lonnie has been with BC Stone since 2006. He is married to his wife Barbara of 30 years. They have two grandsons and a granddaughter due in May. In his free time, Lonnie enjoys hunting and watching football & baseball.
Steve has been with BC Stone for 10 years. He is married to his wife, Barbara and have been together for 35 years, with one son Jeremy. Steve likes to hunt when not at BC Stone and antique hunt with his wife.
